CycleGUI Windows runtime

CycleGUI.dll is the managed API, workspace protocol, panel system, and WebTerminal host used by CycleGUI applications such as SimpleLite. It embeds the browser shell and coordinates native/local and WebGPU rendering.

Install it together with libVRender.dll from the same release. The current approved release and exact SHA-256 values are published at /api/v1/modules/cyclegui/manifest.json.
